     Jane Tristram was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Tristram.² She married Reverend Octavius Samuel Piers, son of Sir Pigott William Piers, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Smythe, on 21 December 1813.³ She died on 20 July 1871.³
     From 21 December 1813, her married name became Piers.^1,3 They also had three other sons who died without issue.³

     Sir Pigott William Piers, 5th Bt. was born circa 1742.¹ He was the son of Sir John Piers, 4th Bt. and Cornelia Gertrude Pigott.² He married Elizabeth Smythe, daughter of John Smythe, on 17 April 1771.¹ He died in 1798.¹
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Piers, of Tristernagh Abbey, co. Westmeath [E., 1660/1] on 14 February 1746/47.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1762 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He held the office of Sheriff of County Westmeath in 1774.¹

     Lt.-Col. Rochfort Snow was born on 10 August 1851 at Stickland, Dorset, England.¹ He was the son of Charles Hastings Snow and Helen Clara Piers.¹ He married, firstly, Elizabeth Matilda Norman, daughter of William Norman.¹ He married, secondly, Lucianne Robina D'oyly.¹ He died on 16 March 1929 at age 77.¹
     He emigrated with her parents to New Zealand arriving on 1860 on board Lord Burleigh.¹ He was educated at Parnell Grammar School, Auckland, New Zealand.¹ He fought in the Maori Wars in 1867.¹ He was a customs officer.¹ He lived at Christchurch, New Zealand.²

     Elizabeth Matilda Norman was born circa 1858.¹ She was the daughter of William Norman.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Rochfort Snow, son of Charles Hastings Snow and Helen Clara Piers.¹ She died on 20 March 1912.¹
     Her married name became Snow.¹

     Lucianne Robina D'oyly was born circa 1856.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Rochfort Snow, son of Charles Hastings Snow and Helen Clara Piers.¹ She died on 12 November 1919.¹
     Her married name became Snow.¹

     Isabella Maud Snow was born on 27 July 1853 at Winterbourne, Stickland, Dorset, England.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Hastings Snow and Helen Clara Piers.¹ She married Alfred St. George Hamersley, son of Hugh Hamersley, on 26 October 1876 at St. Peters Church, Wellington, New Zealand.¹ She died in February 1954 at age 100.¹
     She emigrated with her parents to New Zealand arriving on 1860 on board Lord Burleigh.¹ From 26 October 1876, her married name became Hamersley.¹

     Alfred St. George Hamersley is the son of Hugh Hamersley.¹ He married Isabella Maud Snow, daughter of Charles Hastings Snow and Helen Clara Piers, on 26 October 1876 at St. Peters Church, Wellington, New Zealand.¹

     Sir George Forster married Elizabeth Delamare, daughter of John Delamare.¹
     He lived at Aldermaston, Berkshire, England.¹ He lived at Harpsden, Oxfordshire, England.¹

     Gertrude Maynard Snow was born in 1859 at Bristol, England.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Hastings Snow and Helen Clara Piers.¹ She married George Herbert Scales in 1883 at Lower Hutt, New Zealand.¹ She died in 1948 at Lower Hutt, New Zealand.¹
     She emigrated with her parents to New Zealand arriving on 1860 on board Lord Burleigh.¹ From 1883, her married name became Scales.¹
