Gordon Macdonald, 1st Baron Macdonald of Gwaenysor was born on 27 May 1888.1 He was the son of Thomas Macdonald.2 He married Mary Lewis, daughter of William Lewis, in 1913.1 He died on 20 January 1966 at age 77.1
