     John Monckton was born on 6 November 1802.¹ He was the son of Edward Monckton and Sarah Mills.² He married Eliza Whitmore Braddick, daughter of John Braddick, on 30 June 1829.¹ He died on 3 July 1886 at age 83.¹
     He was founder and senior partner of Monckton, Son & Collis, solicitors.¹ He was Town Clerk at Maidstone, Kent, England, for 36 years.¹ He also had four other sons and five daughters.¹

     Sir John Braddick Monckton was born on 6 July 1832.¹ He was the son of John Monckton and Eliza Whitmore Braddick.² He married Maria Louisa Long, daughter of Peter B. Long, on 10 April 1837.¹ He died in 1902.¹
     He was appointed Knight in 1880.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.)¹ He had two other sons and a daughter.¹

     Maria Louisa Long was the daughter of Peter B. Long.¹ She married Sir John Braddick Monckton, son of John Monckton and Eliza Whitmore Braddick, on 10 April 1837.¹ She died on 24 September 1920.¹
     From 10 April 1837, her married name became Monckton.

     Ida Henderson was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Edmund Yeamans Walcott Henderson.¹ She married Sir Reginald James Neville Neville, 1st Bt., son of James Sewell Neville and Emelyn Anna Stogdon, in 1890.² She died in 1913.¹
     From 1890, her married name became Neville.¹

     Eliza Fox-Pitt is the daughter of Andrew Fox-Pitt and Fenella Charles.¹

     Charles Falkland Monckton was born on 28 August 1863.¹ He was the son of Sir John Braddick Monckton and Maria Louisa Long.² He married Anne Maude Emily Gill, daughter of H. Rockingham Gill.¹ He died on 10 June 1947 at age 83.¹
     He was a practising solicitor.¹

     Anne Maude Emily Gill was born on 3 December 1870.¹ She was the daughter of H. Rockingham Gill.¹ She married Charles Falkland Monckton, son of Sir John Braddick Monckton and Maria Louisa Long.¹ She died on 8 September 1954 at age 83.¹
     Her married name became Monckton.

     Major John Falkland Monckton was born on 5 July 1901.¹ He was the son of Charles Falkland Monckton and Anne Maude Emily Gill.² He married Anne Weldon, daughter of Francis Cornwall Weldon, on 21 October 1939.¹ He died on 25 October 1958 at age 57.¹
     He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, England.¹ He was an architect.¹ He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal Institute of British Architects (L.R.I.B.A.)¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Engineers.¹
