     Sir Cyril Osborne was born on 19 June 1898 at Hucknall Lane, Bulwell, Nottinghamshire, England.³ He was the son of Thomas Osborne and Ann Carnell.³ He died in 1969.³

     Ivor Buxton was born on 28 August 1884.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Geoffrey Fowell Buxton and Mary Harbord.² He married Phyllis Dorothy Barclay, daughter of Hugh Gurney Barclay, on 10 July 1918.¹ He died on 23 April 1969 at age 84.¹
