     Christine Ronaldson is the daughter of James Smith Ronaldson.² She married Charles Durie of Craigluscar, son of Robert Durie of Craigluscar and Joanna Anne Taylor, on 2 August 1836.¹
     From 2 August 1836, her married name became Durie.

     Robert Durie of Craigluscar was born on 17 December 1839.¹ He was the son of Charles Durie of Craigluscar and Christine Ronaldson.² He died on 21 September 1868 at age 28, unmarried.¹

     Andrew Dewar-Durie was born circa 1860.¹ He was the son of William Andrew Dewar-Durie and Elizabeth Dewar-Durie of Craigluscar.² He died in 1871.¹

     Malcolm Dewar-Durie was born circa 1866.¹ He was the son of William Andrew Dewar-Durie and Elizabeth Dewar-Durie of Craigluscar.² He died in 1868.¹

     Charles Dewar-Durie was born circa 1864.¹ He was the son of William Andrew Dewar-Durie and Elizabeth Dewar-Durie of Craigluscar.² He married Laura Rankin in 1900.¹ He died on 26 January 1909 at Australia^G, without issue.¹

     Laura Rankin married Charles Dewar-Durie, son of William Andrew Dewar-Durie and Elizabeth Dewar-Durie of Craigluscar, in 1900.¹
     She lived at Queensland, Australia^G.¹ From 1900, her married name became Dewar-Durie.¹

     Norman Dewar-Durie was born circa 1873.¹ He was the son of William Andrew Dewar-Durie and Elizabeth Dewar-Durie of Craigluscar.² He married Isabelle Rowsell, daughter of F. W. Rowsell, on 28 February 1905.¹ He died on 8 February 1916, without issue.¹

     F. W. Rowsell was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹ He was a practising barrister.¹

     Isabelle Rowsell was the daughter of F. W. Rowsell.² She married Norman Dewar-Durie, son of William Andrew Dewar-Durie and Elizabeth Dewar-Durie of Craigluscar, on 28 February 1905.¹ She died in 1944, killed by enemy action.¹
     From 28 February 1905, her married name became Dewar-Durie.

     Robert Nugent Dewar-Durie was born on 26 December 1879.¹ He was the son of William Andrew Dewar-Durie and Elizabeth Dewar-Durie of Craigluscar.² He married, firstly, Ida Caroline Pollexfen Varley, daughter of John Varley, on 14 November 1904 at Teheran, Iran^G.¹ He and Ida Caroline Pollexfen Varley were divorced in 1940.¹ He married, secondly, Nora Glendinning in 1943.¹ He died on 26 December 1959 at age 80.¹
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901, with 35th Company Imperial Yeomany, General Rundle's Division.¹ He was with the Imperial Bank of Persia between 1901 and 1914.¹ He was Financial Advisor to the Caucasus Military Mission during the First World War.¹ He was awarded the Stanislas Medal in 1916 2nd class.¹ He was awarded the Order of St. Anne of Russia in 1917 2nd class.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1918.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1918.¹ He was Inspector-General between 1919 and 1928.¹
