Thomas Farrington and Theodosia Betenson.1 She married, firstly, Robert Bertie, 1st Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven, son of Robert Bertie, 3rd Earl of Lindsey and Hon. Elizabeth Wharton, on 6 July 1705.1 She married, secondly, James Douglas after July 1723.1 She died on 29 July 1745.1 She was buried on 1 August 1745 at Chislehurst Church, Chislehurst, Kent, EnglandG.1
     After her marriage, Albinia Farrington was styled as Countess of Lindsey on 6 July 1705. From 6 July 1705, her married name became Bertie. After her marriage, Albinia Farrington was styled as Marchioness of Lindsey on 21 December 1706. After her marriage, Albinia Farrington was styled as Duchess of Ancaster and Kesteven on 26 July 1715.      Sir Richard Wynn, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir Owen Wynn, 3rd Bt. and Grace Williams.2 He married Sarah Myddelton, daughter of General Sir Thomas Myddelton and Mary Napier.3 He died before 18 November 1674, without male issue.3
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Caernarvonshire in 1647.3 He held the office of Sheriff of Caernarvonshire from 1657 to 1658.3 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Wynn, of Gwydir [E., 1611] circa 1660.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Caernarvonshire between 1661 and 1674.3 He lived at Gwydir, Wales.3

     Sir John Brownlow, 3rd Bt. was born on 26 June 1659.2 He was the son of Sir Richard Brownlow, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Freke.3 He was baptised on 6 July 1659 at Rippingale, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1 He married Alice Sherard, daughter of Richard Sherard and Margaret Dewe, on 27 March 1676 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 16 July 1697 at age 38, without surviving male issue.3 He was buried at Belton, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1 His will (dated 29 July 1689) was proven (by probate) on 2 September 1697.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Brownlow, of Humby, co. Lincoln [E., 1641] on 30 August 1668.3 On 23 November 1679 he inherited the Belton estates of his great-uncle Sir John, 1st and last Baronet.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Grantham from 1689 to 1697.3

     Robert Bertie, 4th Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven was born on 17 October 1756 at Grimsthorpe, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of General Peregrine Bertie, 3rd Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven and Mary Panton.1 He died on 8 July 1779 at age 22 at Grimsthorpe, Lincolnshire, EnglandG, from scarlet fever, unmarried.1 He was buried on 22 July 1779 at Edenham, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) in July 1779.1
     Circa 1777 he served as a volunteer in North America.1 He succeeded as the 20th Lord Willoughby de Eresby [E., 1313] on 12 August 1778.3 He succeeded as the 4th Duke of Ancaster and Kesteven [G.B., 1715] on 12 August 1778.1 He succeeded as the 4th Marquess of Lindsey [G.B., 1706] on 12 August 1778.1 He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Lindsey, co. Lincoln [E., 1626] on 12 August 1778.4 He held the office of Hereditary Lord Great Chamberlain between 12 August 1778 and 1779.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire on 12 February 1779.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) on 12 February 1779.1
     Cokayne states that he was addicted to rioting and drunkeness. Walpole writes that he heard that "he has left a legacy to a very small man that was always his companion, and whom, when he was drunk, he used to fling at the heads of the company."1
     On his death, the office of Hereditary Great Lord Chamberlain and the Barony Willoughby de Eresby fell into abeyance between his two sisters, until on 18 March 1780, the abeyance of the Barony found in favour of Priscilla, the eldest.1
