Chinty Mary Catherine Cotton was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Corbet Cotton and Christina Augusta Des Voeux.2 She married William Robert Percival Lockwood, son of Lt.-Gen. William Mark Wood and Amelia Jane Williams, on 6 June 1876.1,3 She died on 18 July 1938.3
