     Amelia Jane Williams was the daughter of Sir Robert Williams, 9th Bt. and Anne Hughes.1,2 She married Lt.-Gen. William Mark Wood, son of William Joseph Lockwood and Rachel Wood, on 13 June 1846.1 She died on 17 October 1898.2
     From 13 June 1846, her married name became Wood.1

     Amelius Richard Mark Lockwood, 1st and last Baron Lambourne was born on 17 August 1847.1 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. William Mark Wood and Amelia Jane Williams.1 He married Isabella Milbanke-Huskisson, daughter of Sir John Milbanke-Huskisson, 8th Bt. and Emily Mansfield, on 20 July 1876.1 He died on 26 December 1928 at age 81, without issue.1
     He was given the name of Amelius Richard Mark Wood at birth.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was commissioned in 1866, in the service of the Coldstream Guards.1 In 1876 his name was legally changed to Amelius Richard Mark Lockwood.1 He retired from the military in 1883, with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Essex, Epping Division between 1892 and 1917.1 He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1905.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1905.1 He was created 1st Baron Lambourne, of Lambourne, co. Essex [U.K.] on 19 June 1917.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Essex in 1919.1 He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Royal Victorian Order (G.C.V.O.) in 1927.1 On his death, his title became extinct.1
