Sir Charles Manly Browne, 3rd Bt. was born on 1 March 1806.1 He was the son of Sir John Edmond Browne, 1st Bt. and Margaret Lorinan.1 He married Jane Cruttwell, daughter of Thomas Macaulay Cruttwell, in 1840.1 He and Jane Cruttwell were divorced before 1863.1 He died on 5 September 1890 at age 84, without surviving issue.1 He was buried at Kensal Green Cemetery, London, EnglandG.1
He gained the rank of Captain in the Durham Artillery Militia.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Browne, of Palmerstown, co. Mayo [I., 1797] on 29 April 1869.1
On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
