     Arthur George Onslow, Viscount Cranley was born on 16 June 1820.² He was the son of Arthur George Onslow, 3rd Earl of Onslow and Mary Fludyer.² He married Lady Katherine Anne Cust, daughter of John Cust, 1st Earl Brownlow and Caroline Fludyer, on 1 August 1850.¹ He died on 2 August 1856 at age 36.²
     He was styled as Viscount Cranley between 1827 and 1870.² He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)²

     Anne Margaret Long was born circa 1637 at Draycot, Oxfordshire, England^G.³ She was the daughter of Sir James Long, 2nd Bt. and Dorothy Leach.^1,3 She married Sir Richard Mason.³ She died in 1711.³

     Sir James Long, 2nd Bt. was baptised on 12 January 1617 at Bradford, Wiltshire, England^G.² He was born in 1617 at South Wraxall, Wiltshire, England^G.² He was the son of Sir Walter Long and Lady Anne Ley.³ He married, secondly, unknown Dodington.² He married, firstly, Dorothy Leach, daughter of Sir Edward Leach, circa 1640.² He died on 22 January 1691/92 at age 75 at London, England^G, suddenly.³ His will was proven (by probate) on 3 May 1692.² He was buried at Draycot, Wiltshire, England^G.³
     He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 5 June 1634.³ He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.^2,4 In 1637 he succeeded to the Draycot estate.³ He held the office of Sheriff of Wiltshire in 1644. He gained the rank of Colonel of Horse in 1644. He fought in the Battle of Devizes in March 1645, where he was defeated.² He fought in the capture of Chippenham in August 1645.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Long, of the City of Westminster [E., 1662] on 13 July 1673.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Malmesbury between 1678 and 1681.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Malmesbury between 1690 and 1692.³ He lived at Draycott, Wiltshire, England^G.¹

     Sir John Edmond Browne, 1st Bt. was born on 1 October 1748.¹ He was the son of Dominick Browne and Anne D'Arcy.¹ He married Margaret Lorinan, daughter of Matthew Lorinan and Lucy Lucas, circa 20 December 1792.¹ He died on 5 September 1835 at age 86 at Holles Street, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹
     He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 26 June 1778.¹ He was a practising Barrister in 1784.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the South Mayo Militia, and assisted in suppressing the Irish rebels.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of County Mayo in 1791.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Browne, of Palmerstown, co. Mayo [Ireland] on 8 December 1797.¹

     Dominick Browne was born circa 1701.¹ He was the son of Andrew Browne and Allinor Kirwan.^1,2 He married, firstly, Mabel Browne, daughter of John Browne and Juliana Bellew.³ He married, secondly, Anne D'Arcy, daughter of John D'Arcy and Anastace Daly.³ He died in 1776.¹
     He lived at Braefield, County Mayo, Ireland^G.³ He lived at Breafly, County Mayo, Ireland^G, or Breaghwy.¹

     Geoffrey Browne was born in 1664.¹ He was the son of Dominick Browne and Agnes ffrench.^1,2 He married Magdalen Blake, daughter of Peter Blake, circa 1695.¹ He died on 12 March 1755.¹
     He was admitted to Middle Temple on 14 May 1685 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ In 1694 he planted at Castlemacgarett extensively and built a new house (burned down 1811) to replace the old Prendergast castle there.¹ He lived in 1754 at Castle Mcgarrett, Claremorris, County Mayo, Ireland.¹

     Margaret Lorinan was the daughter of Matthew Lorinan and Lucy Lucas.¹ She married Sir John Edmond Browne, 1st Bt., son of Dominick Browne and Anne D'Arcy, circa 20 December 1792.¹ She died on 13 March 1843 at Willesden House, Shepherd's Bush, London, England^G.¹
     From circa 20 December 1792, her married name became Browne.¹

     Lucy Lucas is the daughter of Francis Lucas.¹
