     David Cecil, 3rd Earl of Exeter was the son of Sir Richard Cecil and Elizabeth Cope.1 He married Lady Elizabeth Egerton, daughter of John Egerton, 1st Earl of Bridgwater and Lady Frances Stanley.2 He died on 18 April 1643 at London, EnglandG.2
     He succeeded as the 4th Baron of Burghley, co. Northampton [E., 1571] on 6 July 1640.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Exeter [E., 1605] on 6 July 1640.1

     William Brydges, 4th Baron Chandos of Sudeley was born circa 1552. He was the son of Edmund Brydges, 2nd Baron Chandos of Sudeley and Dorothy Bray.1 He married Mary Hopton, daughter of Sir Owen Hopton and Anne Itchingham.1 He died on 18 November 1602.1 An inquest post mortem was held for his on 3 October 1609 at Marlborough, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cricklade between 1572 and 1578.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucestershire between 1584 and 1587.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Chandos of Sudeley, co. Gloucester [E., 1554] on 21 February 1593/94.1

     Elizabeth Manners, Baroness de Ros of Helmsley was born circa January 1575/76.2 She was the daughter of Edward Manners, 3rd Earl of Rutland and Isabel Holcroft.1,2 She married William Cecil, 2nd Earl of Exeter, son of Thomas Cecil, 1st Earl of Exeter and Dorothy Neville, on 13 January 1588/89.1,2 She died on 19 May 1591, in childbirth.1
     She succeeded as the 15th Baroness de Ros of Helmsley [E., 1299] on 14 April 1587.2 From 13 January 1588/89, her married name became Cecil.
