     Sir Peter Troubridge, 6th Bt. was born on 6 June 1927.¹ He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir Thomas Hope Troubridge and Lily Emily Kleinwort.¹ He married Hon. Venetia Daphne Weeks, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Ronald Morce Weeks, 1st and last Baron Weeks and Cynthia Mary Irvine, on 10 April 1954.² He died in 1988.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Troubridge, of Plymouth, Devon [G.B., 1799] on 16 December 1963.³ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in 1967 in the Royal Navy.¹ He was chairman of the Standing Council of the Baronetage in 1981.¹

     Hon. Venetia Daphne Weeks was born on 29 August 1933.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Ronald Morce Weeks, 1st and last Baron Weeks and Cynthia Mary Irvine.¹ She married, firstly, Sir Peter Troubridge, 6th Bt., son of Vice-Admiral Sir Thomas Hope Troubridge and Lily Emily Kleinwort, on 10 April 1954.¹ She married, secondly, William Frederick Eustace Forbes of Callendar, son of Lt.-Col. William Dudley Henry Charles Forbes of Callendar and Elizabeth Vesey, on 18 April 1995.²
     Her married name became Troubridge. From 18 April 1995, her married name became Forbes. She lived in 2003 at Earlstoun Lodge, Dalry, Castle Douglas, Dumfries-shire, Scotland.²

     Lt.-Gen. Ronald Morce Weeks, 1st and last Baron Weeks was born on 13 November 1890.¹ He was the son of Richard Llewellyn Weeks and Susan Helen Walker McIntyre.¹ He married, firstly, Evelyn Elsie Haynes, daughter of Henry Haynes, on 21 April 1922.¹ He and Evelyn Elsie Haynes were divorced in 1930.¹ He married, secondly, Cynthia Mary Irvine, daughter of J. W. Irvine, on 3 February 1931.¹ He died on 19 August 1960 at age 69.¹
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England^G.¹ He graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1912 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Suth Lancashire Regiment and Rifle Brigade.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) and bar.² He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)² He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1939.² He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945.¹ He was Director-General of Army Equipment between 1941 and 1942.¹ He was Deputy Chief of Imperial General Staff between 1942 and 1945.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1943.² He was awarded the Commander, Legion of Merit U.S.¹ He was Deputy Military Governor of Germany and Chief of Staff, British Zone, Control Commission for Gemrany in 1945.¹ He was chairma of Vickers Nuclear Engineering Ltd.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)² He was created 1st Baron Weeks, of Ryton, co. Palatine of Durham [U.K.] on 31 May 1956.¹

     Ida Mabel Astley was born in May 1858.² She was the daughter of Hugh Francis Lethbridge Astley and Augustus Ellen Cockburn.³ She married Colonel Joseph Spencer Benyon on 21 October 1880.² She died on 8 July 1923 at age 65.²
     From 21 October 1880, her married name became Benyon.²

     Arthur William Cockburn Astley was born in March 1863.² He was the son of Hugh Francis Lethbridge Astley and Augustus Ellen Cockburn.² He died on 1 August 1867 at age 4.¹

     Ada Mary Astley was born in September 1859.¹ She was the daughter of Hugh Francis Lethbridge Astley and Augustus Ellen Cockburn.² She died on 14 December 1946 at age 87, unmarried.³

     Major Hon. Nigel Douglas-Pennant was born on 22 December 1909.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Frank Douglas-Pennant, 5th Baron Penrhyn of Llandegai and Alice Nellie Cooper.² He married, firstly, Margaret Dorothy Kirkham, daughter of Thomas George Kirkham, on 6 September 1935.¹ He married, secondly, Eleanor Stewart Craig, daughter of Very Rev. Herbert Newcome Craig, on 20 July 1940.¹ He married, thirdly, Stella Bradwell, daughter of Stanley Bradwell, on 21 October 1993.¹ He died on 16 January 2000 at age 90.³

     Margaret Dorothy Kirkham was the daughter of Thomas George Kirkham. She married Major Hon. Nigel Douglas-Pennant, son of Lt.-Col. Frank Douglas-Pennant, 5th Baron Penrhyn of Llandegai and Alice Nellie Cooper, on 6 September 1935.¹ She died on 2 October 1938.¹
     From 6 September 1935, her married name became Douglas-Pennant.¹

     Thomas George Kirkham lived at Westholm, Jordanhill, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Simon Douglas-Pennant, 7th Baron Penrhyn of Llandegai was born on 28 June 1938.¹ He is the son of Major Hon. Nigel Douglas-Pennant and Margaret Dorothy Kirkham.² He married Josephine Upcott, daughter of Robert Upcott, on 5 October 1963.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He graduated from Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1961 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He lived at Mulberry House, Old Church Road, Colwall, Worcestershire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baron Penrhyn of Llandegai, co. Carnarvon [U.K., 1866] on 8 November 2003.
