     He lived at Sprotborough, Yorkshire, England.1 He fought in the Scottish wars circa 1301.1 He joined in the great resurrection of Thomas, Earl of Lancaster.1 He fought in the Battle of Boroughbridge in 1322, where he was made prisoner along with the Thomas, Earl of Lancaster.1
