Sir Robert Malcolm Mewburn Perks, 2nd Bt. was born on 29 July 1892.1 He was the son of Sir Robert William Perks, 1st Bt. and Edith Mewburn.1 He married Neysa Gilbert Cheney on 1 September 1917.1 He died on 23 September 1979 at age 87.2
Sir Robert Malcolm Mewburn Perks, 2nd Bt. usually went by his middle name of Malcolm.1 He was educated at Leys School, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.1 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Perks, of Wykham Park, in the parish of Neithrop, in the county of Oxford [U.K., 1908] on 30 November 1934.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Air Force.1 He was chairman of Methodist Newspaper Co Ltd.1
On his death his baronetcy became extinct.2
