Marjory Graeme was the daughter of John Graham, 5th of Balgowan.2 A contract for the marriage of Marjory Graeme and James Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 21st of Rattray was signed on 16 April 1730.1 She died on 31 May 1750.

Thomas Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 22nd of Rattray was born on 24 May 1750.1 He was the son of James Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 21st of Rattray and Marjory Graeme.2 He died on 17 June 1773 at age 23, unmarried.1
He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court in 1771.1 He had two illegitimate sons.1

Jane Duff was the daughter of Admiral Robert Duff of Logie and Fetteresso.2 She married James Clerk-Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 24th of Rattray, son of David Clerk and Helen Duff, on 3 January 1791.1 She died on 9 July 1839.1

David Kennedy Clerk-Rattray was born on 26 February 1792.1 He was the son of James Clerk-Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 24th of Rattray and Jane Duff.2 He died on 14 February 1807 at age 14, drowned while escaping from H.M.S. Ajax (burnt in the Dardanelles).3
He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy.1

Robert Clerk-Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 25th of Rattray was born on 21 December 1795.1 He is the son of James Clerk-Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 24th of Rattray and Jane Duff.2 He married Christina Richardson, daughter of James Richardson and Elizabeth Stewart, on 12 February 1824.1 He died on 27 October 1851 at age 55.1

Jane Clerk-Rattray was born on 8 August 1794.1 She was the daughter of James Clerk-Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 24th of Rattray and Jane Duff.2 She married William Waring Hay-Newton, son of William Hay-Newton and Alicia Foster, on 15 February 1844.1 She died on 10 November 1872 at age 78, without issue.1
