Ellen Blanche Bell was the daughter of George Bell.2 She married Maj.-Gen. George Ralph Collier Westropp, son of Captain Amos Freeman Westropp and Catherine Kenny, on 25 May 1857.1 She died in 1916.1

Colonel George Ralph Collier Westropp was born on 21 June 1859.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. George Ralph Collier Westropp and Ellen Blanche Bell.2 He married Ethel Frances Tytler, daughter of Brigadier John Adam Tytler, V.C., on 27 June 1899.1 He died on 18 August 1934 at age 75, without issue.3
