Hugh Cam Hobhouse was born on 11 September 1917.1 He was the son of Sir Reginald Arthur Hobhouse, 5th Bt. and Marjorie Chisholm Spencer.2 He married, firstly, Diana George, daughter of Philip George, on 5 September 1939.1 He and Diana George were divorced in 1947.1 He married, secondly, Aline Rosemary Hunter Blair, daughter of Lt.-Col. David Walter Hunter Blair and Barbara Norman, on 1 September 1949.2 He married, thirdly, Judy Margaret Tisdall, daughter of J. D. Tisdall, on 7 May 1965.1 He and Aline Rosemary Hunter Blair were divorced in 1965.1 He died on 28 May 1987 at age 69 at Shepton Mallet, Somerset, England.1,3
