Henry Ashley Travers Cummins was born on 25 January 1847.1 He was the son of Nicholas Cummins and Julia Anne Travers.2 He married Frances Wathan Hill Price, daughter of Commander Hugh Price, in 1876.1 He died on 10 December 1926 at age 79.1
