     Henry Cairns Westenra, 3rd/4th Baron Rossmore of Monaghan was born on 14 November 1851 at Rossmore Park, County Monaghan, IrelandG.2 He was the son of Henry Robert Westenra, 2nd/3rd Baron Rossmore of Monaghan and Josephine Julia Helen Lloyd.1 He was baptised on 9 January 1852 at Monaghan Parish Church, Monaghan, County Monaghan, IrelandG.2 He died on 28 March 1874 at age 22 at Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG, as a result of a fall when riding in the Guards' Cup steeplechase, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baron Rossmore of Monaghan [I., 1796] on 1 December 1860.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Rossmore of Monaghan, co. Monaghan [U.K., 1838] on 1 December 1860.1 He was educated between 1865 and 1868 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1871 in the 1st Life Guards.1

     Mittie Naylor was born on 12 November 1859.2 She was the daughter of Richard Christopher Naylor and Mary Sophia Thorold.1,3 She married Derrick Warner William Westenra, 4th/5th Baron Rossmore of Monaghan, son of Henry Robert Westenra, 2nd/3rd Baron Rossmore of Monaghan and Josephine Julia Helen Lloyd, on 14 June 1882 at All Saints' Church, Ennismore Gardens, London, EnglandG.3 She died on 8 February 1953 at age 93.1
     From 14 June 1882, her married name became Westenra. After her marriage, Mittie Naylor was styled as Baroness Rossmore of Monaghan on 14 June 1882. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1920.1

     Bertram Ashburnham, 4th Earl of Ashburnham was born on 23 November 1797.1 He was the son of George Ashburnham, 3rd Earl of Ashburnham and Lady Charlotte Percy.1 He married Lady Katherine Charlotte Baillie, daughter of George Baillie of Jerviswoode and Mellerstain and Mary Pringle, on 8 January 1840.1 He died on 22 June 1878 at age 80 at Ashburnham, Sussex, EnglandG.1 He was buried at Ashburnham Place, Sussex, EnglandG.1
     He was educated at St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Ashburnham [G.B., 1730] on 27 October 1830.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount St. Asaph, of the principality of Wales [G.B., 1730] on 27 October 1830.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baron Ashburnham, of Ashburnham, Sussex [E., 1689] on 27 October 1830.1
     He was the collector of an extensive library of early and rare books, in four collections: (i) the Libri Collection, containing ancient codices and illuminated manuscripts; (ii) the Barrois Collection, containing old French poetry and romances; (iii) the Stowe Collection containing early charters, monastic registers, state papers and antiquarian gatherings; (iv) 'the appendix' containing Lord Ashburnham's miscellaneous collections. These four collections were offered to the government in 1883 for £160,000, although the French Government claimed ~160 manuscripts were stolen from France. The British Governemnt finally bought the Stowe Collection for the British Museum for £45,000.1

     From 11 November 1835, her married name became Hepburne-Scott.2 They also had two other daughters who died unmarried.2 She was granted the rank of an Earl's daughter.2

Henry Francis Hepburne-Scott, 7th Lord Polwarth1

     Henry Francis Hepburne-Scott, 7th Lord Polwarth was born on 1 January 1800.1 He was the son of Hugh Hepburne-Scott, 6th Lord Polwarth and Harriet Brühl. He married Lady Georgina Baillie, daughter of George Baillie of Jerviswoode and Mellerstain and Mary Pringle, on 11 November 1835.2 He died on 16 August 1867 at age 67.1
     He was given the name of Henry Francis Scott at birth.1 In December 1820 his name was legally changed to Henry Francis Hepburne-Scott when his father inherited his cousin James Hepburne of Humbie's estate.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Roxburghshire between 1826 and 1832.1 He succeeded as the 7th Lord Polwarth [S., 1690] on 29 December 1841.1 He held the office of representative Scottish peer between 1843 and 1867.1 He held the office of Lord Lieutenant and Sheriff Principal of Selkirk between 1846 and 1867.1 They also had two other daughters who died unmarried.1 He held the office of Lord-in-Waiting between February 1852 and December 1852.1 He held the office of Lord-in-Waiting between 1858 and 1859.1 He held the office of Lord-in-Waiting between 1866 and 1867.1
