William Penn 2
     William Penn was born on 14 October 1644.3 He was the son of Admiral Sir William Penn and Margaret Jasper.4 He married Hannah Callowhill.3 He died on 30 July 1718 at age 73.3
     He was the founder of Pennsylvania, and planned and developed the city of Philadelphia.1

Anne Elizabeth Emily Whaley1

     Anne Elizabeth Emily Whaley was the daughter of John Whaley and Lady Anne Meade.1,2 She married, firstly, Richard Thomas Dawson, 2nd Baron Cremorne, son of Richard Dawson and Catherine Graham, on 10 March 1815.1 She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. John Dawson Rawdon on 5 July 1828.1 She died on 11 April 1885.1
     After her marriage, Anne Elizabeth Emily Whaley was styled as Baroness Cremorne on 10 March 1815. From 10 March 1815, her married name became Dawson.1 From 5 July 1828, her married name became Rawdon.1

     John Whaley was born circa 1762 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.2 He was the son of Richard Chapell Whaley and Anne Ward.2 He married, firstly, Lady Anne Meade, daughter of John Meade, 1st Earl of Clanwilliam and Theodosia Magill.2 He married Mary Anne Richardson.2 He died in 1847.2
     He lived at Whaley Abbey, County Wicklow, IrelandG.1

     Lt.-Col. Hon. Thomas Vesey Dawson was born in 1819.1 He was the son of Richard Thomas Dawson, 2nd Baron Cremorne and Anne Elizabeth Emily Whaley.1 He married Hon. Augusta Frederica Annie FitzPatrick, daughter of John Fitzpatrick, 1st Baron Castletown of Upper Ossory and Augusta Mary Douglas, on 30 January 1851.1 He died on 5 November 1854, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Coldstream Guards.1 He fought in the Battle of Inkerman on 5 November 1854.1

     Hon. Hope Cozens-Hardy was born on 9 October 1876.2 She was the daughter of Herbert Hardy Cozens-Hardy, 1st Baron Cozens-Hardy and Maria Hepburn.1,2 She married Richard Austin Pilkington, son of Colonel William Windle Pilkington, on 28 July 1903.2 She died on 10 April 1947 at age 70.2
     She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.2 From 28 July 1903, her married name became Pilkington.1
