     Lady Helen Mary Theresa Vane-Tempest-Stewart was born on 8 September 1876.3 She was the daughter of Charles Stewart Vane-Tempest-Stewart, 6th Marquess of Londonderry and Lady Theresa Susey Helen Chetwynd-Talbot.1,3 She married Giles Stephen Holland Fox-Strangways, 6th Earl of Ilchester, son of Henry Edward Fox-Strangways, 5th Earl of Ilchester and Lady Mary Eleanor Anne Dawson, on 25 January 1902.1 She died on 14 January 1956 at age 79.1
     Her married name became Fox-Strangways. After her marriage, Lady Helen Mary Theresa Vane-Tempest-Stewart was styled as Countess of Ilchester on 6 December 1905.

     Sir Thomas Dacre, 2nd Lord Dacre (of Gilsland) was born on 25 November 1467.1 He was the son of Humphrey Dacre, 1st Lord Dacre (of Gilsland) and Mabel Parr.1 He married Elizabeth Greystoke, Baroness Greystoke, daughter of Sir Robert de Greystoke and Lady Elizabeth Grey, circa 1488.1 He died on 24 October 1525 at age 57, in a fall from his horse.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Dacre, of Gilsland [E., 1473] on 30 May 1485.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in February 1503/4.1 He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1518.1

     Sir Charles Henry Talbot, 1st Bt. was the son of Maj.-Gen. Sherrington Talbot and Elizabeth Medgett.1 He married Anne Hassel, daughter of Thomas Hassel, in 1749.1 He died on 30 June 1798.1
     He was created 1st Baronet Talbot, of Mickleham, Surrey and of Belfast, co. Antrim [Great Britain] on 31 May 1790.1
