     Maria Cristina di Savoia, Principessa di Savoia was born on 14 November 1812 at Cágliari, Sardinia, Italy^G.¹ She was the daughter of Vittorio Emanuele I di Savoia, Re di Sardegna and Maria Theresia Erzherzogin von Österreich-Este.¹ She married Ferdinando II di Borbone, Re delle Due Sicilie, son of Francesco I di Borbone, Re delle Due Sicilie and Maria Isabel de Borbón, Infanta de España, on 21 November 1832 at Voltri^G.¹ She died on 31 January 1836 at age 23 at Naples, Italy^G.¹
     She gained the title of Principessa Maria Cristina di Savoia.

     Maria Theresia Erzherzogin von Österreich-Este was born on 1 November 1773. She was the daughter of Ferdinand Karl Erzherzog von Österreich and Maria Beatrice d'Este, Duchessa di Modena.³ She married Vittorio Emanuele I di Savoia, Re di Sardegna, son of Vittorio Amadeo III di Savoia, Re di Sardegna and Maria Antonietta Ferdinanda de Borbón, Infanta de España, on 21 April 1789 at Turin, Italy^G. She died on 29 March 1832 at age 58.
     She gained the title of Principessa Maria Theresia di Modena. She gained the title of Erzherzogin von Österreich-Este.¹

     Francesco II di Borbone, Re delle Due Sicilie was born on 16 January 1836. He was the son of Ferdinando II di Borbone, Re delle Due Sicilie and Maria Cristina di Savoia, Principessa di Savoia.¹ He married Marie Sophie Herzogin in Bayern, daughter of Maximilian Joseph Herzog in Bayern and Ludovika Wilhelmine Prinzessin von Bayern, on 3 February 1859 at Bari, Italy^G. He died on 27 December 1894 at age 58 at Schloss Arco, Tirol, Austria^G.

     She gained the title of Herzogin in Bayern.¹
