     Mary Paston was born on 19 January 1469/70.¹ She was the daughter of Sir William Paston and Anne Beaufort.¹ She married Ralph Neville, Lord Neville, son of Ralph Neville, 3rd Earl of Westmorland and Isabel Booth, before 1489.¹ She died circa 25 December 1489 at Palace of Westminster, Westminster, London, England^G, from measles.¹
     From before 1489, her married name became Neville.¹

     Sir William Sandys was born in 1440.² He married Margaret Cheyne, daughter of Sir Thomas Cheyne.² He died in 1496.²

     William Sandys, 1st Baron Sandys was born circa 1470.¹ He was the son of Sir William Sandys and Margaret Cheyne.^2,3 He married Margaret Bray, daughter of Sir John Bray, before 26 August 1496.¹
     He was created 1st Baron Sandys, of the Vyne [England] on 27 April 1523.²

     Thomas Darcy, 1st Lord Darcy was born circa 1467.² He was the son of Sir William Darcy and Euphemia Langton.² He married, firstly, Dowsabel Tempest, daughter of Sir Richard Tempest and Mabel Strickland.² He married, secondly, Edith Sandys, daughter of Sir William Sandys and Margaret Cheney, between 15 July 1499 and 4 March 1500.¹ He died on 30 June 1537 at Tower Hill, The City, London, England^G, beheaded.¹
     He was appointed Knight in 1489.² He was appointed Knight Banneret in 1497.² He held the office of Constable of Bamburgh Castle in 1498.² He held the office of Captain of Berwick between 1498 and 1515.² He held the office of Treasurer of Berwick in 1501.² He was created 1st Lord Darcy [England by writ] circa 1504.³ He held the office of Warden of the East Marches in 1505.² He held the office of Warden of the Forests North of Trent in 1509.² He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1509.² He held the office of Warden of the East and Middle Marches in 1511.² He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)² In 1536 he joined the Pilgrimage of Grace.² Before 30 June 1537 he was attainted for delivering up Pontefract castle to the rebels and all of his honours forfeited.¹

     Jane Cholmley was the daughter of Sir Roger Cholmley and Katherine Constable.¹ She married Henry Neville, 5th Earl of Westmorland, son of Ralph Neville, 4th Earl of Westmorland and Lady Catherine Stafford, after 1549.¹ She died before December 1558.¹ She was buried at Staindrop, County Durham, England^G.¹
     After her marriage, Jane Cholmley was styled as Countess of Westmorland after 1549. From after 1549, her married name became Neville.¹

     Sir Roger Cholmley married Katherine Constable, daughter of Sir Robert Constable.
     He lived at Roxby, Yorkshire, England^G.¹
