     Sir Thomas Stradling was born circa 1495.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Stradling and Elizabeth Arundell.¹ He married Catherine Gamage, daughter of Sir Thomas Gamage, in 1516.¹ He died on 27 January 1571 at St. Donat's, Glamorgan, Wales.¹
     He was appointed Knight on 17 February 1549.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Grinstead in 1553.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Arundel in 1554.¹

     Catherine Gamage is the daughter of Sir Thomas Gamage.¹ She married Sir Thomas Stradling, son of Sir Edward Stradling and Elizabeth Arundell, in 1516.¹
     From 1516, her married name became Stradling.¹

     Damsacin Stradling is the daughter of Sir Thomas Stradling and Catherine Gamage.¹
