     John Lindsay was baptised on 14 December 1582.2 He was the son of John Lindsay of Balcarres, Lord Menmuir and Marion Guthrie.1 He died in January 1600/1 at age 18.1

     Christia Ipsen was born on 3 April 1949 at Rockford, Illinois, U.S.A.G.1,2 She is the daughter of Harold Noregaard Ipsen and Lorraine Wrobel.3,1 She married John Odell.4 She married, firstly, Rostislav Rostislavich Romanov, Prince Romanov, son of Rostislav Aleksandrovich Romanov, Prince of Russia and Countess Aleksandra Pavlovna Galitzine, on 16 August 1980 at Lake Forest, Illinois, U.S.A.G.1,3 She married, secondly, Hon. David Whitney Erskine Russell, son of Geoffrey Denis Erskine Russell, 4th Baron Ampthill and Susan Mary Sheila Winn, on 6 July 2002.1
     Her married name became Odell.4 Her married name became Romanoff. From 6 July 2002, her married name became Russell.1

     Lilias Drummond was born in 1574.2 She was the daughter of Patrick Drummond, 3rd Lord Drummond and Lady Elizabeth Lindsay.1 She married Alexander Seton, 1st Earl of Dunfermline, son of George Seton, 5th Lord Seton and Isabel Hamilton, from 1590 to 1 July 1592.3 She died on 8 May 1601 at Dalgety, Fife, ScotlandG, without male issue.3
     From 1592, her married name became Seton.1

Mauritia de Nassau1

     Mauritia de Nassau was the daughter of Louis de Nassau, Herr van der Leck and Beverwaerde and Countess Isabella of Hornes.1 She married Colin Lindsay, 3rd Earl of Balcarres, son of Alexander Lindsay, 1st Earl of Balcarres and Lady Anne Mackenzie, circa 1670.1 She died circa 1671, in childbed, without issue.1 She was buried on 14 August 1671 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1
     After her marriage, Mauritia de Nassau was styled as Countess of Balcarres circa 1670. From circa 1670, her married name became Lindsay.1

     Louis de Nassau, Herr van der Leck and Beverwaerde was born illegitimately in 1602.3,2 He was the son of Maurice von Nassau-Dillenburg, Prince of Orange and Margaretha van Mechelen.3,4 He married Countess Isabella of Hornes, daughter of Jean, Count of Hornes, in 1630.2 He died on 28 February 1665 at The Hague, The Netherlands.2
