     Dorothy Penelope King-Kirkman married Sir Alexander Archibald Douglas Wolstan Dixie, 13th Bt., son of Sir George Douglas Dixie, 12th Bt. and Margaret Lindsay Jardine, on 7 December 1950.¹
     From 7 December 1950, her married name became Dixie.¹

     Eleanor Barbara Lindsay Dixie was born on 19 August 1952.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Alexander Archibald Douglas Wolstan Dixie, 13th Bt. and Dorothy Penelope King-Kirkman.¹

     Caroline Mary Jane Dixie was born on 11 February 1960.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Alexander Archibald Douglas Wolstan Dixie, 13th Bt. and Dorothy Penelope King-Kirkman.¹

     Captain Sir Alexander Dixie, 9th Bt. was born in 1780.¹ He was the son of Reverend Beaumont Joseph Dixie and Margaret Shewen.² He married, firstly, Rosamund Mary Churchill, daughter of Reverend Joseph Dixie Churchill, in 1818.¹ He married, secondly, Rebecca Barnham, daughter of Thomas Barnham, after 1831.¹ He died on 29 December 1857.¹
     He was commissioned in 1796, in the service of the Royal Navy.¹ He fought in the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805.¹ He fought in the War of 1812 in 1814, in command of Chesapeake and Saracen.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Dixie, of Market Bosworth, co. Leicester [E., 1660] on 23 July 1850.¹ He gained the rank of Captain on 1 July 1851 in the Royal Navy.¹

     Reverend Beaumont Joseph Dixie was the son of Reverend Beaumont Dixie and Elizabeth Corbet.¹ He married Margaret Shewen, daughter of Joseph Shewen.¹ He died in 1780.¹
     He was Rector at Blossomville, England.¹ He was Vicar at St. Peter's, Derby, Derbyshire, England.¹

     Reverend Beaumont Dixie was born after 1701. He was the son of Sir Wolstan Dixie, 3rd Bt. and Rebecca Atkins.¹ He married Elizabeth Corbet, daughter of Andrew Corbet.¹ He died on 22 February 1739/40.¹
     He was Rector at Bosworth, Leicestershire, England.¹

     Sir Beaumont Joseph Dixie, 6th Bt. was born on 6 July 1769.² He was the son of Reverend Beaumont Joseph Dixie and Margaret Shewen.¹ He died on 14 July 1814 at age 45, unmarried.²
     He did his National Service as a officer in the Royal Navy.² He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Dixie, of Market Bosworth, co. Leicester [E., 1660] on 14 January 1806.¹

     Margaret Shewen is the daughter of Joseph Shewen.¹ She married Reverend Beaumont Joseph Dixie, son of Reverend Beaumont Dixie and Elizabeth Corbet.¹

     Sir Wolstan Dixie, 4th Bt. was born in 1701.¹ He was the son of Sir Wolstan Dixie, 3rd Bt. and Rebecca Atkins.^1,2 He married, firstly, Anna Frere, daughter of Tobias Frere, on 1 May 1735.¹ He married, secondly, Theodosia Wright, daughter of Henry Wright, on 24 December 1741.¹ He married, thirdly, Margaret Cross, daughter of William Cross, on 17 September 1753.¹ He died on 29 January 1767.¹
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Dixie, of Market Bosworth, co. Leicester [E., 1660] on 10 December 1713.²

     Frances Beaumont is the daughter of Sir Thomas Beaumont.¹ She married Sir Wolstan Dixie.¹
     Her married name became Dixie.¹
