     He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.)¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹

     Anna Wakefield Willink was born on 24 October 1906.¹ She was the daughter of William Edward Willink and Florence Macan Urmston.² She died on 16 December 1926 at age 20.¹

     Lawrence Shelton Cotton was born on 26 July 1883 at Emerald, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.¹ He was the son of John Shelton Cotton and Ellen Elizabeth Amos.¹ He died in July 1964 at Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.¹
