     Reverend James Coulman Ross was born on 14 September 1844 at Goole, York, England.³ He was the son of Admiral Sir James Clark Ross and Ann Coulman.^1,3 He married Elizabeth Salman.² He died on 11 May 1915 at age 70 at Wadworth Hall, Doncaster, Yorkshire, England.³

     Captain Reginald Wellington Ross was born in 1880 at Toot Baldon, Oxfordshire, England.² He was the son of Reverend James Coulman Ross and Elizabeth Salman.^3,2 He married Flora Blanche Skipwith, daughter of Colonel Grey Townsend Skipwith and Sophia Flora Cooke-Yarborough, on 21 November 1923.¹ He died on 10 February 1964 at Surrey, England.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Seaforth Highlanders.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     Frances Helen Skipwith was born on 10 February 1889.¹ She was the daughter of Colonel Grey Townsend Skipwith and Sophia Flora Cooke-Yarborough.² She married Lt.-Col. George Kingston Sullivan, son of Thomas Kingston Sullivan, on 18 September 1917.¹ She died on 19 July 1979 at age 90.¹
     From 18 September 1917, her married name became Sullivan.

     Thomas Kingston Sullivan was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He was (an unknown value) at Glanmire House, County Cork, Ireland.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Lt.-Col. George Kingston Sullivan was the son of Thomas Kingston Sullivan.² He married Frances Helen Skipwith, daughter of Colonel Grey Townsend Skipwith and Sophia Flora Cooke-Yarborough, on 18 September 1917.¹ He died on 14 December 1961.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry.¹

     Mary Wilhelmina Skipwith was the daughter of Fulwar Skipwith and Mary Philadelphia Adams.² She married Sir Henry Yule on 2 June 1877.¹ She died on 26 April 1881.¹

     Captain Grey Skipwith was born on 10 April 1811.¹ He was the son of Sir Grey Skipwith, 8th Bt. and Harriet Townsend.² He married, firstly, Louisa Maria Temple, daughter of Richard Temple and Louisa Anne Rivett-Carnac, on 26 April 1853.¹ He married, secondly, Fanny Elizabeth Tudor, daughter of Henry Tudor, on 27 April 1867.¹ He died in 1894.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Louisa Maria Temple was the daughter of Richard Temple and Louisa Anne Rivett-Carnac.² She married Captain Grey Skipwith, son of Sir Grey Skipwith, 8th Bt. and Harriet Townsend, on 26 April 1853.¹ She died on 2 March 1864.¹
     From 26 April 1853, her married name became Skipwith.

     Major Grey Skipwith was born on 31 January 1855.¹ He was the son of Captain Grey Skipwith and Louisa Maria Temple.² He died on 6 February 1909 at age 54, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Major and Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Marine Light Infantry.¹ He fought in the Zulu War in 1879.¹ He fought in the Egyptian Campaign in 1882.¹
