Sir Thomas George Skipwith, 9th Bt. was born on 9 February 1803.1 He was the son of Sir Grey Skipwith, 8th Bt. and Harriet Townsend.2 He married, firstly, Emma Hatton, daughter of Thomas Hatton, on 15 July 1840.1 He married, secondly, Jane Moore, daughter of Hubert Butler Moore, on 21 May 1853.1 He died on 30 November 1863 at age 60.1
He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Dragoon Guards.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Skipwith, of Prestwould, co.
