Ewan George Macpherson of Cluny Macpherson, 18th Chief was born on 15 July 1891 at Lasswade, Midlothian, Scotland.1,2 He was the son of George Gordon Macpherson and Barbara Kerr.3 He married, firstly, Rhoda Scrutton, daughter of Charles Joseph Scrutton, on 11 July 1933.1 He and Rhoda Scrutton were divorced in 1940.1 He married, secondly, Helen Zoë Draper, daughter of George Draper, on 4 November 1942.1 He died on 12 December 1986 at age 95.2
