     Yvone Kirkpatrick was born on 19 August 1854.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Sharpe Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 6th Bt. and Helen Stuart Kirk.² He died on 22 March 1879 at age 24.¹

     Jane Kirkpatrick was born in 1840.² She was the daughter of Sir Charles Sharpe Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 6th Bt. and Helen Stuart Kirk.³ She married Tomas Samuel Speck on 24 June 1863.¹ She died on 24 March 1930, without issue.¹
     From 24 June 1863, her married name became Speck.

     Tomas Samuel Speck married Jane Kirkpatrick, daughter of Sir Charles Sharpe Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 6th Bt. and Helen Stuart Kirk, on 24 June 1863.¹ He died in 1883.¹
     He was registered as a Certified Engineer (C.E.)¹

     Charlotte Barbara Kirkpatrick was the daughter of Sir Charles Sharpe Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 6th Bt. and Helen Stuart Kirk.² She married Captain George Edward Martin on 2 November 1868.¹ She died on 7 September 1904, leaving issue.¹
     From 2 November 1868, her married name became Martin.

     Captain George Edward Martin married Charlotte Barbara Kirkpatrick, daughter of Sir Charles Sharpe Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 6th Bt. and Helen Stuart Kirk, on 2 November 1868.¹ He died on 17 June 1873.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Madras Staff Corps.¹

     Charles John Fearnley lived at Peckham, Surrey, England.¹

     Mary Steward Fearnley was the daughter of Charles John Fearnley.² She married Sir James Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 8th Bt., son of Sir Charles Sharpe Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 6th Bt. and Helen Stuart Kirk, on 24 April 1872.¹ She died on 8 February 1920.¹
     From 24 April 1872, her married name became Kirkpatrick.

     Sir Charles Sharpe Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 9th Bt. was born on 26 February 1874.¹ He was the son of Sir James Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 8th Bt. and Mary Steward Fearnley.² He married Alice Wilhelmina Mayne, daughter of John Parnell Mayne, on 4 December 1900.¹ He and Alice Wilhelmina Mayne were divorced in 1910.¹ He died on 2 January 1937 at age 62, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Kirkpatrick, of Closeburn [N.S., 1685] on 10 November 1899.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force.¹

     John Parnell Mayne lived at Ramsgate, Kent, England.¹

     Alice Wilhelmina Mayne was the daughter of John Parnell Mayne.² She married Sir Charles Sharpe Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 9th Bt., son of Sir James Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 8th Bt. and Mary Steward Fearnley, on 4 December 1900.¹ She and Sir Charles Sharpe Kirkpatrick of Closeburn, 9th Bt. were divorced in 1910.¹ She died on 6 September 1933.¹
     From 4 December 1900, her married name became Kirkpatrick.
