     Sir James Doughty-Tichborne, 10th Bt. was born on 3 October 1784.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Tichborne, 7th Bt. and Elizabeth Lucy Plowden.1 He married Henriette Felicite Seymour, daughter of Henry Seymour and Felicite Dailly-Brimont, on 1 August 1827.1 He died on 11 June 1862 at age 77.1
     He was given the name of James Tichborne at birth. In 1853 his name was legally changed to James Doughty-Tichborne by Royal Warrant.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Tichborne, of Titchborne, co. Southampton [E., 1621] on 5 March 1853.2

     Jane Elizabeth Morris is the daughter of Lt.-Col. John Morris.1 She married Sir Hew Richard Hamilton-Dalrymple, 11th Bt., son of Major Sir Hew Fleetwood Hamilton-Dalrymple, 10th Bt. and Lady Anne-Louise Mary Keppel, in 1987.1
     From 1987, her married name became Hamilton-Dalrymple.1
