Sir Thomas Colvin William Ingilby, 6th Bt. was born on 17 July 1955.1 He is the son of Sir Joslan William Vivian Ingilby, 5th Bt. and Diana Colvin.2 He married Emma Clare Roebuck Thompson, daughter of Major Richard A. Thompson, on 25 February 1984.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Ingilby, of Ripley, in the West Riding of the County of York [U.K., 1866] in 1974.2 He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1 He was appointed Fellow, Association of Agricultural Valuers (F.A.A.V.) in 1983.1 He lived in 2003 at Ripley Castle, Harrogate, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1
