Margaret ffrance was the daughter of Thomas Robert Wilson ffrance.2 She married Colonel John Thomas Massy-Westropp, son of John Westropp and Georgina Wilhelmina Stamer, on 6 June 1859.1 She died on 1 January 1885.1

Lt.-Col. John Massy-Westropp was born on 28 April 1860.1 He was the son of Colonel John Thomas Massy-Westropp and Margaret ffrance.2 He married Georgina Kennedy, daughter of Frederick William Kennedy, on 16 June 1890.1 He died on 22 July 1951 at age 91.1
