     Robert Innes Grant was born in 1833.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Innes Grant of Dalvey, 9th Bt. and Judith Towers Battelle.² He died in 1857 at India^G, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Indian Mutiny.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant and Adjutant in the 1st Sikh Infantry.¹

     Anna Frances Grant is the daughter of Sir Robert Innes Grant of Dalvey, 9th Bt. and Judith Towers Battelle.² She married William Marcus Westermann on 1 May 1851.¹
     From 1 May 1851, her married name became Westermann.

     Susan Ferrier was the daughter of James Frederick Ferrier and Margaret Wilson.^2,3 She married Sir Alexander Grant of Dalvey, 10th Bt., son of Sir Robert Innes Grant of Dalvey, 9th Bt. and Judith Towers Battelle, on 2 June 1859.¹ She died on 20 March 1895.¹
     From 2 June 1859, her married name became Grant.

     Harold David Spielmann was born in 1918 at Montreal, Quebec, Canada.² He was the son of Ferdinand Isidore Spielmann.¹ He married Catherine Florence Skinner. He died on 10 October 1988.²
     He fought in the Second World War, taking part in D-Day on Juno Beach with the Canadian Forces.¹ Harold David Spielmann usually went by his middle name of David.¹
