Frances Kolbel is the daughter of Henry Kolbel, Baron Kolbel.2 She married Ralph Payne, 1st and last Baron Lavington of Lavington, son of Ralph Payne and Alice Carlisle, on 1 September 1767.1

Stephen Payne-Gallwey was the son of Ralph Payne and Margaret Gallwey.2 He married Phila de Lancy, daughter of Stephen de Lancy.1 He died in 1803.1
He lived at Tofts Hall, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 He was given the name of Stephen Payne at birth.1 On 21 March 1762 his name was legally changed to Stephen Payne-Gallwey by Royal Licence.1

Rear-Admiral John Willett Payne was born in 1752.1 He was the son of Ralph Payne and Margaret Gallwey.2 He died on 17 November 1803, unmarried.1
He was a practising Governor of Greenwich Hospital.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Huntingdon in 1785.1 He held the office of Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.1 He was Secretary to the Prince Regent (later King George IV.)1 He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral of the Red.1

Richard Philip Royds Brocklebank was born in 1901.1 He was the son of Ralph Eric Royds Brocklebank and Constance Alington Royds.1 He married Mary Margaret Macnabb, daughter of James Frederick Macnabb and Margaret Elizabeth Waterworth, on 9 June 1926.2 He died on 23 December 1951.1
