Anne Hamilton is the daughter of William Hamilton.1 She married, firstly, Claud Francis Hamilton before 1685.2 She married, secondly, Matthew Plunkett, 7th Baron Louth, son of Oliver Plunkett, 6th Baron Louth and Lady Mary Mac Donnell, circa 7 March 1684/85.1,2 She married, thirdly, John Eyre, son of Colonel Rt. Hon. John Eyre and Mary Bigoe, on 26 February 1693/94.1
After her marriage, Anne Hamilton was styled as Baroness Louth circa 7 March 1685. From circa 7 March 1684/85, her married name became Plunkett.1 From 26 February 1693/94, her married name became Eyre.1
