Samuel Eyre was baptised in 1663. He was the son of Colonel Rt. Hon. John Eyre and Mary Bigoe.2 He married, firstly, Jane Eyre, daughter of Edward Eyre.1 He married, secondly, Anne Stratford, daughter of Robert Stratford and Mary Walsh, in November 1696.2 He died on 10 August 1728.2
