Charles Brent Neville Pelly was born on 25 February 1870.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Henry Pelly and Katherine Harvey.2 He married Annie Harvey Grove, daughter of Colonel Alexander Sinclair Grove and Catherine Gage, on 17 January 1901.3 He died on 6 May 1933 at age 63.1
