Hon. Andrew Foley was the son of Thomas Foley, 1st Baron Foley of Kidderminster and Hon. Grace Granville.2 He married Elizabeth Tomlinson, daughter of Boulter Tomlinson, on 7 May 1773.2 He died on 28 July 1816.2
