     Hugh Wiley was the son of William Howard Wiley.¹ He married Lady Jane Lily Serena Lumley, daughter of Lawrence Roger Lumley, 11th Earl of Scarbrough and Katherine Isobel McEwen, on 14 November 1963.³ He died on 3 September 1999 at Oak Hill Farm, Palmyra, Virginia, U.S.A.^1,4
