     Sir Nicholas le Strange was born circa 1562.¹ He was the son of Hamon le Strange and Elizabeth Hastings.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Bell, daughter of Sir Robert Bell, in 1582.¹ He married, secondly, Anne Paston, daughter of Sir William Paston and Mary Clere, in 1591.¹ He died on 15 December 1591.¹
     He lived at Hunstanton, Norfolk, England^G.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk.¹

     Mary Bell is the daughter of Sir Robert Bell.¹ She married Sir Nicholas le Strange, son of Hamon le Strange and Elizabeth Hastings, in 1582.¹
     From 1582, her married name became le Strange.¹

     Sir Robert Bell held the office of Chief Baron of the Exchequer.¹

     Anne Paston was the daughter of Sir William Paston and Mary Clere.^1,2 She married, firstly, Sir George Chaworth.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Nicholas le Strange, son of Hamon le Strange and Elizabeth Hastings, in 1591.¹ She married, thirdly, Sir Anthony Cope, 1st Bt., son of Edward Cope and Elizabeth Mohun, on 7 April 1606.^2,3 She died circa 31 July 1637.³ She was buried on 2 August 1637.³
     Her married name became Chaworth.¹ From 1591, her married name became le Strange.¹ From 7 April 1606, her married name became Cope.²

     Sir William Paston is the son of Sir Erasmus Paston and Margaret Wyndham.² He married Mary Clere, daughter of Sir T. Clere.²
     He lived at Paston, Norfolk, England^G.²

     Sir George Chaworth married Anne Paston, daughter of Sir William Paston and Mary Clere.¹
     He lived at Wiverton, Nottinghamshire, England^G.²

     Sir Hamon le Strange was born in 1583.¹ He was the son of Sir Nicholas le Strange and Mary Bell.¹ He married Alice Stubbe, daughter of Richard Stubbe, in 1601.¹ He died on 31 May 1654.¹
     He lived at Hunstanton, Norfolk, England^G.¹ He was appointed Knight on 13 March 1603/4.² He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk in 1609.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk.¹ He held the office of Governor of Lynn in 1643.²

     Alice Stubbe is the daughter of Richard Stubbe.¹ She married Sir Hamon le Strange, son of Sir Nicholas le Strange and Mary Bell, in 1601.¹

     Richard Stubbe was born in 1585.² He died in 1666.²
     He lived at Sedgeford, Norfolk, England^G.¹

     Sir Nicholas le Strange, 1st Bt. was baptised on 27 March 1604.¹ He was the son of Sir Hamon le Strange and Alice Stubbe.¹ He married Ann Lewkenor, daughter of Sir Edward Lewknor and Mary Neville, on 26 August 1630.¹ He died on 24 July 1655 at age 51.¹
     He was created 1st Baronet le Strange, of Hunstanton, co. Norfolk [England] on 1 June 1629.¹
