     Sir Nicholas le Strange was born circa 1562.1 He was the son of Hamon le Strange and Elizabeth Hastings.1 He married, firstly, Mary Bell, daughter of Sir Robert Bell, in 1582.1 He married, secondly, Anne Paston, daughter of Sir William Paston and Mary Clere, in 1591.1 He died on 15 December 1591.1
     He lived at Hunstanton, Norfolk, EnglandG.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk.1

     Anne Paston was the daughter of Sir William Paston and Mary Clere.1,2 She married, firstly, Sir George Chaworth.1 She married, secondly, Sir Nicholas le Strange, son of Hamon le Strange and Elizabeth Hastings, in 1591.1 She married, thirdly, Sir Anthony Cope, 1st Bt., son of Edward Cope and Elizabeth Mohun, on 7 April 1606.2,3 She died circa 31 July 1637.3 She was buried on 2 August 1637.3
     Her married name became Chaworth.1 From 1591, her married name became le Strange.1 From 7 April 1606, her married name became Cope.2

     Sir Hamon le Strange was born in 1583.1 He was the son of Sir Nicholas le Strange and Mary Bell.1 He married Alice Stubbe, daughter of Richard Stubbe, in 1601.1 He died on 31 May 1654.1
     He lived at Hunstanton, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 He was appointed Knight on 13 March 1603/4.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk in 1609.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk.1 He held the office of Governor of Lynn in 1643.2

Sir Nicholas le Strange, 1st Bt.1

     Sir Nicholas le Strange, 1st Bt. was baptised on 27 March 1604.1 He was the son of Sir Hamon le Strange and Alice Stubbe.1 He married Ann Lewkenor, daughter of Sir Edward Lewknor and Mary Neville, on 26 August 1630.1 He died on 24 July 1655 at age 51.1
     He was created 1st Baronet le Strange, of Hunstanton, co. Norfolk [England] on 1 June 1629.1
