Eustratio Stephen Ralli was born on 22 April 1800 at Chios, GreeceG.1 He was the son of Stephen John Ralli and Julia Sechiari.2 He married Mary Mavrogordato, daughter of John Mavrogordato and Oriettou Vlasto, on 22 May 1825.1 He died on 1 September 1884 at age 84.1
He and John Ralli were co-founder of Ralli Brothers, trading mainly in silk, grain and cotton in 1819.2 He was awarded the Officer, Order of the Redeemer of Greece.1 He lived at Scio House, Putney, London, EnglandG.1
