     Charles Livingston, 2nd Earl of Newburgh was born between 1662 and 1666.1 He was the son of James Livingston, 1st Earl of Newburgh and Anne Poole.1 He married Frances Brudenell, daughter of Francis Brudenell, Lord Brudenell and Lady Frances Savile, on 12 September 1692.2 He died on 6 April 1694, without male issue.1 He was buried on 7 April 1694.
     He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Levingston of Flacraig [S., 1660] on 4 December 1670.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Newburgh [S., 1647] on 4 December 1670.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Newburgh [S., 1660] on 4 December 1670.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Livingston, of Kinnaird, co. Fife [N.S., 1627] on 4 December 1670.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount of Kynnaird [S., 1660] on 4 December 1670.1 On 25 January 1684 he was served heir to his father.1 His baronetcy became dormant and his viscountancy became extinct.1

     Lady Charlotte MacCarthy was the daughter of Donogh MacCarty, 4th Earl of Clancarty and Lady Elizabeth Spencer.1,2 She married Lt.-Gen. John West, 1st Earl De La Warr, son of John West, 6th Baron Delaware and Margaret Freeman, on 25 May 1721.1 She died on 7 February 1734/35.1
     Her married name became West. After her marriage, Lady Charlotte MacCarthy was styled as Baroness Delaware on 26 May 1723.

     John Richard West, 4th Earl De La Warr was born on 28 July 1758.1 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. John West, 2nd Earl De La Warr and Mary Wynyard.1 He married Catherine Lyell, daughter of Henry Lyell and Catherine Allestrec, on 2 April 1783.1 He died on 28 July 1795 at age 37.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl De La Warr [G.B., 1761] in January 1783.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Cantelupe [G.B., 1761] in January 1783.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baron Delaware [E., 1570] in January 1783.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 2nd Foot Guards.1

     Lt.-Gen. John West, 2nd Earl De La Warr was born in 1729.2 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. John West, 1st Earl De La Warr and Lady Charlotte MacCarthy.1 He married Mary Wynyard, daughter of Lt.-Gen. John Wynyard, on 8 August 1756.2 He died on 22 November 1777.2
     He gained the rank of officer in 1746 in the 3rd Regiment of Foot Guards.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1755 in the 1st Troop, Horse Guards.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in 1758.2 He held the office of Vice-Chamberlain to Queen Charlotte between 1761 and 1766.2 He was Colonel of the 1st Troop, Horse Grenadier Guards between 1763 and 1766.2 He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to King George III.2 He held the office of Master of the Horse in 1766.2 He was Colonel of the 1st Troop, Horse Guards between 1766 and 1777.2 He succeeded as the 8th Baron Delaware [E., 1570] on 16 March 1766.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl De La Warr [G.B, 1761] on 16 March 1766.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Cantelupe [G.B, 1761] on 16 March 1766.1 He held the office of Lord Chamberlain between 1768 and 1777.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-General in 1770.2

     Mary Wynyard was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. John Wynyard.1 She married Lt.-Gen. John West, 2nd Earl De La Warr, son of Lt.-Gen. John West, 1st Earl De La Warr and Lady Charlotte MacCarthy, on 8 August 1756.1 She died on 27 October 1784.1
     Her married name became West. After her marriage, Mary Wynyard was styled as Countess De La Warr on 16 March 1766.

     Lt.-Col. William Augustus West, 3rd Earl De La Warr was born on 27 April 1757.1 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. John West, 2nd Earl De La Warr and Mary Wynyard.1 He died in January 1783 at age 25, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1774 in the Coldstream Guards.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl De La Warr [G.B., 1761] on 22 November 1777.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Cantelupe [G.B., 1761] on 22 November 1777.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baron Delaware [E., 1570] on 22 November 1777.1

     After her marriage, Catherine Lyell was styled as Countess De La Warr on 2 April 1783. From 2 April 1783, her married name became West.

     He was given the name of Henrik Leijel at birth.2 He emigrated to England arriving on before 1783.2 He was naturalized as a British citizen.2 He lived at Bourne, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1

     Lady Muriel Agnes Brassey was born in 1872. She was the daughter of Thomas Brassey, 1st Earl Brassey and Anna Allnutt.1 She married Gilbert George Reginald Sackville, 8th Earl De La Warr, son of Reginald Windsor Sackville, 7th Earl De La Warr and Hon. Constance Mary Elizabeth Cochrane-Wishart-Baillie, on 4 August 1891.1 She and Gilbert George Reginald Sackville, 8th Earl De La Warr were divorced in 1902.1 She died on 8 August 1930.2
     Her married name became Sackville. After her marriage, Lady Muriel Agnes Brassey was styled as Countess De La Warr on 5 January 1896.
