     Thomas Andrew Minchin was born on 11 November 1767.¹ He was the son of Richard Minchin and Elizabeth Lipscomb.^1,2 He married Sarah Rimes, daughter of James Rimes, on 28 February 1788.² He died in April 1834 at age 66.¹
