Hon. Catherine Otway-Cave was the daughter of Henry Otway and Sarah Cave, Baroness Braye.2 She married, firstly, Henry Murray, son of Rt. Rev. Lord George Murray and Anne Charlotte Grant, on 19 October 1826.2 She married, secondly, John Reginald Pyndar, 3rd Earl Beauchamp, son of William Lygon, 1st Earl Beauchamp and Catharine Denn, on 11 February 1850 at St. Mary's, Bryanston Square, London, EnglandG.2 She died on 4 November 1875 at 75 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, London, EnglandG, without issue.2 Her will was proven (by probate) on 17 February 1876, at £120,000.2
From 19 October 1826, her married name became Murray. After her marriage, Hon. Catherine Otway-Cave was styled as Countess Beauchamp on 11 February 1850. From 11 February 1850, her married name became Pyndar.2 After her marriage, Hon. Catherine Otway-Cave was styled as Dowager Countess Beauchamp on 22 January 1853.1 Her last will was dated from 27 April 1867 to 21 July 1875.
