     Lady Mary Crichton-Stuart was born on 8 May 1906.¹ She was the daughter of John Crichton-Stuart, 4th Marquess of the County of Bute and Augusta Mary Monica Bellingham.¹ She married Edward Alan Walker, son of Arthur Walker, on 8 May 1933.¹ She died in 1980.²
     Her married name became Stuart-Walker by Deed Poll.¹

     Colonel Henry Compton was the son of Hon. Sir Henry Compton and Lady Cicely Sackville.¹ He died on 13 May 1652, killed in a duel.¹

     Anne Montgomery was born circa 1752.⁴ She was the daughter of Sir William Montgomery of Magbiehill, 1st Bt. and Hannah Tomkyns.^1,5 She married Field Marshal George Townshend, 1st Marquess Townshend of Raynham, son of Charles Townshend, 3rd Viscount Townshend of Raynham and Audrey Ethelreda Harrison, on 19 May 1773.⁵ She died on 29 March 1819.⁵
     From 19 May 1773, her married name became Townshend.¹ After her marriage, Anne Montgomery was styled as Viscountess Townshend of Raynham on 19 May 1773. After her marriage, Anne Montgomery was styled as Marchioness Townshend of Raynham on 31 October 1787.

     Lord David Stuart was born on 8 February 1911.¹ He was the son of John Crichton-Stuart, 4th Marquess of the County of Bute and Augusta Mary Monica Bellingham.¹ He married Ursula Sybil Packe, daughter of Sir Edward Hussey Packe and Hon. Mary Sydney Colebrooke, on 24 May 1940.¹ He died in 1970.¹
     He was also known as David Crichton-Stuart.¹ He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ In 1934 his name was legally changed to David Stuart by Lord Lyon.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the 51st AT Regiment, Royal Artillery.¹

     Ursula Sybil Packe was born on 4 February 1913. She was the daughter of Sir Edward Hussey Packe and Hon. Mary Sydney Colebrooke.¹ She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Peter Thomas Clifton, son of Lt.-Col. Percy Robert Clifton and Evelyn Mary Amelia Leith, on 2 June 1934.¹ She married, secondly, Lord David Stuart, son of John Crichton-Stuart, 4th Marquess of the County of Bute and Augusta Mary Monica Bellingham, on 24 May 1940.² She died in 1989.²
     From 2 June 1934, her married name became Clifton. Her marriage to Lt.-Col. Peter Thomas Clifton was annulled in 1936.¹ Her married name became Stuart.

     Sir Edward Hussey Packe is the son of Hussey Packe and Lady Alice Wodehouse.² He married Hon. Mary Sydney Colebrooke, daughter of Edward Arthur Colebrooke, 1st and last Baron Colebrooke and Alexandra Harriet Paget.
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.)¹ He lived at Prestwold Hall, Leicestershire, England^G.¹

     Sir John Fermor married Cicely Compton, daughter of Hon. Sir Henry Compton and Lady Cicely Sackville.¹
     He lived at Somerton, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Lord Patrick Crichton-Stuart was born on 1 February 1913.¹ He was the son of John Crichton-Stuart, 4th Marquess of the County of Bute and Augusta Mary Monica Bellingham.¹ He married, firstly, Jane von Bahr, daughter of Captain unknown von Bahr, on 14 October 1937.¹ He married, secondly, Linda Irene Evans, daughter of William Evans, on 16 April 1947.¹ He died on 5 February 1956 at age 43.¹
     He gained the rank of Honorary Captain in the 11th Hussars.¹

     Jane von Bahr was the daughter of Captain unknown von Bahr. She married Lord Patrick Crichton-Stuart, son of John Crichton-Stuart, 4th Marquess of the County of Bute and Augusta Mary Monica Bellingham, on 14 October 1937.¹ She died on 18 December 1944.¹
     Her married name became Crichton-Stuart.
