     Grace Stratford was born on 2 May 1666 at Ireland.² She was the daughter of Robert Stratford and Mary Walsh.^1,2 She and Benjamin Burton obtained a marriage license on 22 May 1686.³ She died in July 1721 at age 55.³
     From 22 May 1686, her married name became Burton.

     Francis Stratford was born in 1667 at Ireland.¹ He was the son of Robert Stratford and Mary Walsh.¹ He died, without issue.¹
     He was Consul at Bordeaux.¹

     Margaret Meredyth was born circa 1699.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Richard Meredyth, 2nd Bt. and Sarah Paul.¹ She married Sir Charles Burton, 1st Bt., son of Benjamin Burton and Grace Stratford, circa 9 September 1731.¹ She died in January 1788 at Marlborough Street, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹
     From circa 9 September 1731, her married name became Burton.¹

     Anthony Henley was the son of Sir Robert Henley. He married Mary Bertie, daughter of Hon. Peregrine Bertie and Susan Monins.¹ He died in 1711.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Andover between 1698 and 1700.¹

     Sarah Paul is the daughter of Jeffery Paul.¹ She married Sir Richard Meredyth, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Meredyth, 1st Bt. and Mary King.
     Her married name became Meredyth.

     Jeffery Paul lived at Bough, County Clare, Ireland^G.¹

     Major Sir Charles Burton, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Charles Burton, 1st Bt. and Margaret Meredyth.¹ He married Hon. Catherine Cuffe, daughter of John Cuffe, 2nd Baron Desart and Sophia Badham, on 11 August 1778.¹ He died in April 1812.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 18th (Lord Drogheda's) Light Dragoons.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Burton, of Dublin [I., 1758] on 6 June 1775.¹ He gained the rank of Major in 1777.¹ He lived at Pollacton, County Carlow, Ireland^G.²

     Hon. Catherine Cuffe was the daughter of John Cuffe, 2nd Baron Desart and Sophia Badham.¹ She married Major Sir Charles Burton, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Charles Burton, 1st Bt. and Margaret Meredyth, on 11 August 1778.¹ She died circa October 1827.¹ She was buried on 10 October 1827 at Rutland Church, Urglin, County Carlow, Ireland^G.¹
     From 11 August 1778, her married name became Burton.¹

     John Cuffe, 2nd Baron Desart was the son of John Cuffe, 1st Baron Desart and Dorothea Gorges.² He married Sophia Badham, daughter of Brettridge Badham, in 1752.² He died in 1767.²
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Desart, co. Kilkenny [I., 1733] in 1749.²

     Sophia Badham is the daughter of Brettridge Badham.¹ She married John Cuffe, 2nd Baron Desart, son of John Cuffe, 1st Baron Desart and Dorothea Gorges, in 1752.²
     From 1752, her married name became Cuffe.²
