Admiral Sir Alexander Leslie Montgomery, 3rd Bt. was born on 15 March 1807 at London, England.2 He was the son of Colonel Sir Henry Conyngham Montgomery, 1st Bt. and Sarah Mercer Grove.2 He married Caroline Rose Campbell, daughter of James Campbell, on 29 June 1840 at London, England.2 He died on 13 June 1888 at age 81 at Chelsea, London, England.2

Sir Robert Wolrige Gordon, 8th of Craigmillar and 13th of Liberton, 1st Bt. and Lady Susan Lygon, on 16 July 1912.1 He died on 21 March 1971 at age 84.1
