     Barbara Prickett is the daughter of Robert Prickett.¹ She married Richard Lowther, son of Sir John Lowther, 1st Bt. and Mary Fletcher.¹
     Her married name became Lowther.¹

     Richard Lowther was the son of Richard Lowther and Barbara Prickett.¹ He died, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain, in Ireland.¹

     Robert Lowther was born on 13 December 1681.² He was the son of Richard Lowther and Barbara Prickett.² He married Catherine Pennington, daughter of Sir Joseph Pennington, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Margaret Lowther, on 22 June 1731.³ He died in September 1745 at age 63.²
     He held the office of Governor of Barbados.¹ He lived at Maulds Meaburn, Cumberland, England^G.²

     Hon. Anthony Lowther was born after 1694.¹ He was the son of John Lowther, 1st Viscount Lonsdale and Katherine Thynne.¹ He died on 24 November 1741.

     Hon. Mary Lowther was the daughter of John Lowther, 1st Viscount Lonsdale and Katherine Thynne.¹ She married Sir John Wentworth, 1st Bt. in 1692.¹ She died on 16 April 1706, without male issue.¹
     From 1692, her married name became Wentworth.¹

     Hon. Elizabeth Lowther was the daughter of John Lowther, 1st Viscount Lonsdale and Katherine Thynne.¹ She married Sir William Ramsden, 2nd Bt., son of Sir John Ramsden, 1st Bt. and Sarah Butler, on 6 August 1695.² She died in 1764.²
     From 6 August 1695, her married name became Ramsden.² They had five other daughters who died unmarried.²

     Hon. Jane Lowther was the daughter of John Lowther, 1st Viscount Lonsdale and Katherine Thynne.¹ She died in 1752, unmarried.¹

     Hon. Margaret Lowther was the daughter of John Lowther, 1st Viscount Lonsdale and Katherine Thynne.^1,2 She married Sir Joseph Pennington, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Pennington, 1st Bt. and Isabel Stapleton, on 20 March 1706.
     Her married name became Pennington.

     Hon. Barbara Lowther was the daughter of John Lowther, 1st Viscount Lonsdale and Katherine Thynne.¹ She married Thomas Howard, son of William Howard and Jane Dalston, circa 1703.¹ She died in 1716.²
